MissingWanted.com is a project initiated by the private investigation agency AGOP, based in Geneva, Switzerland (agop.ch).
Designed as a global reference point, the site provides a public directory of trusted online resources related to missing persons, wanted individuals, public records, and law enforcement agencies.
Originally conceived in the early 2000s under the name SearchForSomebody.com — long before the rise of social media platforms like Facebook — the idea was born from a professional need to centralize scattered information and tools used in investigative work.
After a long pause due to time constraints, the initiative was revived and officially relaunched in March 2025 under its new name, MissingWanted.com.
Our goal is to support both private individuals and investigation professionals by giving them fast, structured access to legitimate resources across the globe. This public directory is only the first step. New features and tools are already in planning and will be progressively added to the platform to further improve search capabilities and collaboration.
