Circumstances
On January 30, 2026, 400 to 500 people participated in an anti-ICE protest at the Federal Building in Eugene, Oregon. The protest turned into a riot in which the individuals broke windows, spray-painted federal property, and threw rocks at law enforcement officers. The FBI seeks information that will lead to the identification of any individuals involved in the vandalism and/or destruction of government property. The unknown suspect shown above was seen in the area and is described as being White with dark hair. The individual was wearing dark clothing, dark shoes with white soles, tape on the arms, and goggles.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals involved in the vandalism and/or destruction of government property in Eugene, Oregon.
