The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Omaha Field Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying the individual(s) responsible for the placement of a hazardous device in Nebraska. On September 4, 2024, a hazardous device was located on the property of the Black Hills Energy site, in the vicinity of 801 E Prospect Road in Lexington, Nebraska.
