The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Richmond Field Office and the Henrico County Police Department in Virginia are asking for the public’s assistance in solving the murders of Jemarlo Tisdale and Rufus Witcher in Henrico, Virginia. Early in the morning of March 29, 2024, law enforcement personnel were called to 907 E. Nine Mile Road in Henrico, Virginia, for the report of two people shot. Upon arrival, Jemarlo Tisdale and Rufus Witcher were located deceased as a result of numerous gunshot wounds. Information is being sought as to the identity of those involved in the shootings.
Reward
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murders of Jemarlo Tisdale and Rufus Witcher.
