Jhon Alexander Quintero-Cadena is alleged to have operated in a group of seven individuals, including Robinson Andres Camacho-Rodriguez and Jesson Quintero, who travelled north from the Los Angeles, California, area to target and burglarize the homes of Asian families in the Pacific Northwest. The group allegedly used sophisticated techniques to identify, surveil, and burglarize their victims. Devices like trail cameras and Wi-Fi jammers were used at victims’ homes. These crimes occurred in Auburn, Washington, on October 3, 2025; Eugene, Oregon, on October 6, 2025; and Salem, Oregon, on October 9, 2025. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Quintero-Cadena on November 4, 2025, in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, after he was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Interstate Transportation, Transmittal, or Transfer of Stolen Property. Quintero-Cadena has ties to Los Angeles, California, and Colombia. He speaks Spanish.
