The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Phoenix Field Office is asking for the public’s assistance in solving the murders of Lila Harrison and Guy Sabori in the Gila River Indian Community in Arizona. Early in the morning of July 25, 2020, Guy Sabori was driving eastbound along Goodyear Road with Lila Harrison and another passenger on the Gila River Indian Community south of Chandler, Arizona. At approximately 2:48 a.m., Sabori came to a stop at Goodyear Road at the intersection with Highway 587. Sabori paused as he was approached by a black pickup truck driving southbound on Highway 587. The truck slowed, turned onto Goodyear Road, and pulled next to Sabori’s vehicle. Unknown occupants of the truck then shot several rounds into Sabori’s vehicle, striking and killing Sabori and Harrison, while also hurting the third passenger. The truck continued westbound along Goodyear Road where its occupants were believed to have been involved in another shooting where two additional individuals suffered gunshot wounds in the Snaketown neighborhood approximately ten minutes after Sabori and Harrison were killed.
Reward
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the individual(s) associated with the murders of Lila Harrison and Guy Sabori, as well as the assault of three additional individuals.
