Circumstances
The FBI's Washington Field Office and the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in Washington, D.C., are seeking the public's assistance in identifying individuals involved in an assault at a Chipotle restaurant in Navy Yard on May 16, 2026. At approximately 8:41 p.m., a group of unknown individuals entered the Chipotle located at 1255 First St. SE in Washington, D.C. A fight immediately broke out between that group and another group that was already in the restaurant. Both groups fled prior to the arrival of MPD officers.
Reward
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the unknown individuals.
