Rutherford was known to frequent the areas near the bridge by the La Quinta Inn, and by the Anchorage Health Center, both in Salisbury, Maryland. She is considered to be critically missing due to health concerns, as well as a suspicion of foul play surrounding her disappearance. Rutherford disappeared not far from where Mildred “Milly” Nickles was last seen on July 27, 2023.
