The Federal Bureau of Investigation's San Juan Field Office in Puerto Rico is seeking the public's assistance with information on 5 unknown individuals related to the kidnapping and torture of two victims. The photographs shown were taken on May 21, 2025, between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., at the Gulf Gas Station in front of Plaza de Santurce, in the Barrio Obrero section of San Juan, Puerto Rico. On July 17, 2025, federal arrest warrants were issued for these individuals in the United States District Court, District of Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico, after they were each charged with Kidnapping and Federal Drug Trafficking.
