The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, OJS Missing and Murdered Unit, are seeking information regarding the death of Warren William "Thomas" Fultz. He went missing from his home in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, on September 29, 2021. On October 3, 2021, the truck that Fultz was last seen driving was found abandoned in Haskell, Oklahoma. On October 16, 2021, the remains of Fultz were located in a wooded area in Boynton, Oklahoma.
