Cases are organized chronologically by month of disappearance. Each profile provides available details about the individual and the circumstances of their disappearance. The database also includes an unidentified remains section and a "The Found" category for resolved cases.

Project Bigeye provides an extensive directory of external links grouped by type and region, covering national Canadian organizations, provincial police missing persons pages, Crime Stoppers units across Canada, coroners' services by province, as well as international and U.S. resources.
